2023年哈佛國際評論秋冬賽季賽事規則詳解！有哪些內容和主題可選？
《哈佛國際評論》學術寫作挑戰賽（Harvard International Review Academic Writing Competition）是一項面向全球9-12年級中學生的學術寫作學術活動，由《哈佛國際評論》主辦。
根據比賽官網的最新消息，2023年秋冬賽季的報名截止日期是美國東部時間2023年10月31日。對于中國賽區的參賽者，報名截止日期為2023年11月30日。請大家注意這些截止日期，以免錯過報名機會！
2023年《哈佛國際評論》比賽主題
今年的主題是Technological Advancement and the World，技術進步與世界。
比賽時間
秋冬賽注冊報名截止日期：2023年11月30日
作品截止提交日期：2024年1月2日
文章長度
文章應至少 800 字但不超過 1,200 字（不包括圖表、數據表或作者聲明）。
寫作風格
提交的內容應針對未被充分重視的全球主題 ，提出分析支持的觀點。HIR不接受發表個人意見的文章（op-eds），也就是所謂的社論或觀點文章。作為一個新聞機構，HIR要求提交的文章遵循美聯社最新版本的風格（AP Style）。
比賽費用
參賽費用為1,480元/隊（可單人或組隊參加，每隊不超過兩人），費用包括賽事注冊費、評審費、配套課程、線上答辯、HIR期刊訂閱、證書制作、提名認證服務，必須先注冊并付款，然后才能提交文章。
評分標準
比賽滿分55分，分為內容與選題和風格與規范兩大項。
其中內容與選題部分占30分，包含選題、文章引入、結構與過渡、論據使用、論據分析、論證的整體連貫性六個小項，每小項5分。
風格與規范部分占25分，包含文章語氣與基調、拼寫標點與語法、是否遵守《哈佛國際評論寫作風格指引》、文獻引用的規范性、是否易于閱讀五個小項，每小項5分。
