On November 21st, 2019, the middle school charity fair was launched at SHSID. Apart from 6th to 8th graders from SHSID, students from East Shanghai High School were invited to join the festivities.

In order to organize a joyous and impressive charity fair, teachers had started preparation from the beginning of October, parents had also actively participated, everyone contributed to the preparations.

During the fair, numerous students joined the queues in front of the booths. Students were selling a wide range of things, including homemade desserts and distinct stationeries. These booths successfully were innovative, entertaining and, most importantly, able to raise money for charity.

Different from the previous years, the charity fair of this year included not only booths organized by students, but also a charity carnival. Activities like charity long-distance running, plank, push-ups, and rope-jumping had attracted many students and teachers to join. Intellectual games like the spelling contest, Rubik’s cube challenge, and trivia were also popular among students and teachers. Students in uniform from East Shanghai High school can also be seen everywhere. They actively participate in various activities of the fair. This event provided a good communication platform for the students of the two schools.The charitable funds collected from the fair will be donated to charitable bodies to help children living in poverty to create more possibilities for their future.

In this charity fair, besides enjoying the activity, all students had shown their benevolence and given a helpful hand to the distant people in need. The event will undoubtedly raise awareness to these people in need, and it will facilitate further charity, love, and warmth towards others.

2019年11月21日下午，國(guó)際部初中段慈善義賣會(huì)在本部食堂和索迪斯一食堂拉開(kāi)了帷幕。

本次慈善義賣由我校國(guó)際部6-8年級(jí)和上海中學(xué)東校6年級(jí)一起參與。為了打造出一次熱鬧活躍、令人難忘的義賣會(huì)活動(dòng)，老師們?cè)?0月初已啟動(dòng)了籌備工作，家長(zhǎng)們也積極投入，各方群策群力，從宣傳預(yù)熱、義賣形式、互動(dòng)體驗(yàn)等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都做了精心籌劃。

義賣攤位前人頭攢動(dòng)，同學(xué)們熱情地售賣著各式各樣的東西，有精心制作的甜點(diǎn)，有別致的小文具，既新奇有趣，又充滿愛(ài)心。今年除了傳統(tǒng)的慈善義賣外，還增加了充滿趣味的嘉年華活動(dòng)。慈善長(zhǎng)跑、平板支撐、俯臥撐、跳繩等運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目吸引了眾多同學(xué)和老師們的參與，大家一同揮灑汗水，在歡快的笑聲和掌聲中感受慈善的力量。拼寫比賽、魔方比賽、冷知識(shí)比賽等益智類項(xiàng)目也是歡呼雷動(dòng)，同學(xué)們各顯神通，展現(xiàn)自己聰敏、博學(xué)的風(fēng)采。穿著統(tǒng)一校服的上中東校同學(xué)的身影也到處可見(jiàn)，他們積極地參與到義賣會(huì)的各種活動(dòng)中,這次義賣會(huì)為兩校學(xué)生提供了很好的交流平臺(tái)。家長(zhǎng)和老師們的共同努力募得的這些慈善資金會(huì)捐獻(xiàn)于慈善機(jī)構(gòu)，幫助貧困地區(qū)的兒童，為他們的未來(lái)創(chuàng)造更多的可能性。

在這場(chǎng)慈善義賣會(huì)中，同學(xué)們除了樂(lè)在其中、身心愉悅外，也貢獻(xiàn)了自己的一份善心，給予了需要幫助的人們溫暖。希望同學(xué)們能一直保持這份善心和活力，繼續(xù)參與到各項(xiàng)慈善活動(dòng)中，把更多的愛(ài)和溫暖傳遞出去。
