01學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)簡介
John Locke Essay Competition(約翰·洛克論文學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng))寫作學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)是由位于英國牛津的獨(dú)立教育組織John Locke Institute與牛津、普林斯頓、布朗、白金漢大學(xué)等名校教授合作組織的學(xué)術(shù)項(xiàng)目。為了培養(yǎng)出能獨(dú)立思考,知識(shí)淵博,推理清晰和有說服力的小作家,John Locke 每年邀請世界各地的中學(xué)生來參加寫作學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng),探討校外具有挑戰(zhàn)性的問題。
寫作要求
從官網(wǎng)提供的哲學(xué)、政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、歷史、心理學(xué)、神學(xué)和法律板塊中,選擇一個(gè)自己感興趣的板塊,并回答其中一個(gè)問題(只能選擇一個(gè)問題)。
學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)規(guī)則
每篇文章只能在所選主題類別中回答一個(gè)問題,可以提交多篇文章,但不得超過2000字(不包括圖表、數(shù)據(jù)表、腳注、參考書目或作者聲明)。

個(gè)人參賽,提交一篇2000詞以內(nèi)的論文。
可選題目
涉及哲學(xué),政治,經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué),歷史,心理學(xué),神學(xué)和法律共7個(gè)領(lǐng)域的21個(gè)題目。

Q3. Is there any mental illness that isn’t ultimately physical?

Q2. “The God of the Bible and the Koran is a primitive human’s idea of a great being… But that is not what an actual supreme being would be like.” Is there a holy book that manifests divine authorship?
