?DBQ得分方法?
1. Thesis Statement得分法

寫出prompt所提及的period (e.g. from 500bce to 500ce)
寫出ap region (e.g. in Mediterranean area—不要寫in Rome empire, 因?yàn)閷?duì)于thesis來說太specific了)
根據(jù)prompt的要求寫出2-3個(gè)arguable的分論點(diǎn)，不要所有分論點(diǎn)都集中在一個(gè)theme（e.g.不要三個(gè)分論點(diǎn)都跟politics有關(guān)，除非題目這么要求的。舉個(gè)例子，可以寫一個(gè)politics，一個(gè)economy，一個(gè)religion的分論點(diǎn)；具體還是看prompt的要求）
關(guān)于arguable：“宋朝取代了唐朝”就很不arguable；“宋朝憑借著___而取代了唐朝”就算是arguable的，因?yàn)槌矞绾团d盛的原因有很多，考生可選擇argue其中一部分）

因?yàn)橐脤?duì)6個(gè)才給分，所以保險(xiǎn)起見，時(shí)間允許的情況下use all documents (就算misinterpret一個(gè)也還是有分的)
每總結(jié)完一個(gè)doc，就在后面標(biāo)出 “(doc 1)”方便改卷者注意到你用了第一個(gè)doc.
因?yàn)樯驳膁irect quotes是沒有辦法表示出考生對(duì)文章的充分理解的，所以建議用paraphrase的方式來總結(jié)docs大意；或者quote一些phrase然后用自己的話來描述docs
每總結(jié)完一個(gè)doc，都在后面加一句commentary描述這個(gè)doc如何和自己的argument連接起來（e.g. argument是某朝代興盛是因?yàn)樗麄兊能娛铝α浚籩vidence是他們發(fā)明了xxx武器；commentary就是xxx武器在當(dāng)時(shí)很先進(jìn)殺傷力很大，給了這個(gè)朝代很大的advantage讓他們conquer其他地盤從而興盛）

4. Evidence beyond document得分法

一個(gè)evidence由時(shí)間+人物+具體事件組成。考試時(shí)若是忘記了其中一個(gè)部分（比如忘了人叫什么名字），其他兩個(gè)part盡可能寫的詳細(xì)，也是可能得分的。
寫完這個(gè)evidence后同樣需要寫commentary，與論點(diǎn)連接

5.?POV/Purpose/Historical Situation/Audience得分法

寫3個(gè)得分，但保險(xiǎn)起見建議寫4個(gè)
point of view: as a __(author的身份)__, the author suggested ___ because ___(與author身份有關(guān)的理由；比如governor會(huì)想要管理好國家).
purpose: the author writes this in order to ___(specific)___ (會(huì)和pov有點(diǎn)點(diǎn)像)
audience: the intended audience of the doc may be ___ (越詳細(xì)越好) because ___
historical situation: the phenomenon in the doc happened in __ period, in which __(此period的特征).
一般這些內(nèi)容緊跟著doc的summary & commentary。有些同學(xué)可能會(huì)覺得這樣寫作很突兀，很沒有過渡的突然就講point of view, 但是wh essay考試更像個(gè)checklist，只要寫到了點(diǎn)并且合理就有分，不用太太太過于在意transition.

6. Address Both Sides of the Prompt+complex understanding得分法

如果prompt問的是similarity & difference，文章的分論點(diǎn)至少寫一個(gè)sim一個(gè)diff—并且加一句話分析為什么sim和diff并存
如果prompt問的是causation，文章的分論點(diǎn)至少寫一個(gè)cause一個(gè)effect—并加一句話分析為什么會(huì)有這個(gè)causation的聯(lián)系，相當(dāng)于分析cause 的cause （e.g. 你的論點(diǎn)是“先進(jìn)科技讓x朝代興盛”，那么evidence是“科技”相關(guān)的東西，commentary是“為什么xx科技能幫助朝代興盛”，complex understanding是“為什么這個(gè)朝代能有好的科技—policy導(dǎo)致/地理位置優(yōu)勢/等等”）
如果prompt問的是continuity and change，文章的分論點(diǎn)至少寫一個(gè)continuity 一個(gè)change—并加一句話分析為什么會(huì)continue/change
如果prompt問的是Periodization，文章分論點(diǎn)一定要寫出too what extent 兩個(gè)period是sim/diff—并加一句話分析為什么是largely different/almost the same/slightly different

DBQ步驟?
1. 閱讀prompt

讀documents前，簡單記下自己看到prompt能聯(lián)想起來的東西—對(duì)contextualization 和evidence beyond document有幫助

2. 閱讀所有documents

讀doc的同時(shí)用在旁邊寫下關(guān)鍵詞，方便寫essay時(shí)直接paraphrase文章內(nèi)容
給documents按PIRATES (politics, intelligence, religion, arts, technology, economy, society)分類—方便后面group不同的docs
邊讀docs邊思考可能的point of view, audience, historical situation, purpose等等并簡單記錄—到時(shí)候?qū)慹ssay的時(shí)候直接看著筆記寫就好，無需重新思考一遍
遍讀docs邊根據(jù)similarity/difference/yes but（就是雖然在xx方面相似，但是在xx方面又很不同）分類—分成2-3類，行程2-3個(gè)分論點(diǎn)

3. 寫thesis statement + outline

根據(jù)剛剛對(duì)docs的grouping寫2-3個(gè)分論點(diǎn)
決定好哪個(gè)docs用來支持哪個(gè)論點(diǎn)，哪個(gè)docs寫point of view/historical situation/audience/purpose

Evidence beyond doc + commentary
再寫一句總結(jié)說一下以上三個(gè)evidence如何證明了分論點(diǎn)/為什么會(huì)發(fā)生這樣的事情（他們相似/不相似/改變了/沒有改變），這句話用來獲得 “complex understanding”這一分
