小學部學生主導會議反思

Elementary school Student Led Conference was successfully held on March 22nd.Almost all the families from elementary school came to participate.Unlike the Parent Teacher Conference, the SLC is a student-centered activity which allows students to lead the conference and share their achievements in different subjects.Let's go over some memorable anecdotes and reflections from students and parents.

小學生主導會議于3月22日成功舉行。幾乎所有的家庭都參加了這次活動。與家長會相比，小學主導會議是一項以學生為中心的活動，學生為會議的主導者，向自己的家長介紹自己在不同學科上的收獲。讓我們一起看看當天的精彩瞬間，以及會后學生和家長的反思。

In the words of our elementary school students

學生說

The best thing about my conference was......主導日之最棒事件-- Telling my mom about the Oobek Experiment.向媽媽講述我的實驗過程。-- my mom saying "You are no longer a shy girl. Your voice is louder than before."媽媽說我不再是個害羞的女生了?，F在發言比以前聲音洪亮了。

-- I was able to show my class work to my parents.

我可以向父母展示我的課堂作業。

-- The fairy-tale I wrote.

-- I shared my journal writing and my mom said that my handwriting is getting better.

-- Together, my mom and I were able to translate "This is what I'm learning and this is what I am as a learner."

Our comments ......我們的評價-- Keep all the good work! The Student Led Conference can be very good practice for the kids to use their newly learned knowledge and present to parents/class.學生主導會議讓孩子的展示所學知識的能力得到了鍛煉。-- I learned how to let him enojoy his learning rahter than asking him to get high score in the class.我學會了如何讓他更享受學習的過程，而非強調取得高分。

-- SLC is a good opportunity to get the parents to know about their kids' school life.

-- It's great indeed to have such a chance to listen to the child carefully. The work gone into preparing and arranging by both the child and teacher is highly appreciated.

-- Thanks for this student-led conference. We can see the great effort and help from all the teacher of G3 dolphin. Study is not only what the students learn from the books but also a way of thinking.
