再往上選出的這個(gè)選手，就能代表美國國家隊(duì)參加國際數(shù)學(xué)奧林匹克學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)，以上就是AMC的數(shù)學(xué)體系。

因?yàn)槭侨⑽牡臄?shù)學(xué)環(huán)境，讓他用英文的邏輯去學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)，這樣學(xué)生以后出國有一個(gè)良好的適應(yīng)，同時(shí)也為他的背景提升做好一個(gè)準(zhǔn)備。

那么10和12呢？10就指10年級及10年以下的學(xué)生參加，通常是9、10年級的學(xué)生參加。

在這里我補(bǔ)充一下，就是這個(gè)比賽是可以往上考的，也就是說比如你的孩子是7年級，他可以考AMC8，也可以考10，也可以考12。

AMC8和10的考試時(shí)間是不同的，但是10和12是同一天的。

所以說如果學(xué)生是7年級8年級的話，可以考一個(gè)8，也可以考一個(gè)10，但是你就不能考12了，兩者只能選其一。

但是如果你是9年級的話，你就不能再考8了，只能考AMC10，或AMC12。

只能往上考，不能往下考。

剛才說到的，從年齡的這個(gè)角度可以來做一個(gè)維度劃分，那么從他的數(shù)學(xué)水平來說，我們來怎么進(jìn)行一個(gè)劃分，什么樣的學(xué)生適合參加AMC呢？前面介紹了那么多優(yōu)勢，對于中國孩子的話，如果說數(shù)學(xué)能力很強(qiáng)的學(xué)生，那么必然建議他來參加這樣一個(gè)考試。

對于數(shù)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)薄弱學(xué)生，AMC是不是適合他呢？特別是AMC8的這個(gè)是否適合他呢？我在這里可以給大家一個(gè)非常明確的建議，是非常適合低年級的學(xué)生。

5. AMC獲獎(jiǎng)機(jī)會(huì) AMC award opportunities

還有一個(gè)AMC10的獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)是2.5%，會(huì)有一些不同。

除了個(gè)人獎(jiǎng)之外，如果是以學(xué)校為單位參加的話，那么學(xué)校也會(huì)有一個(gè)學(xué)校獎(jiǎng)，同時(shí)學(xué)校里面的1、2、3名也能夠分別得到金獎(jiǎng)、銀獎(jiǎng)和銅獎(jiǎng)。

以學(xué)校參加的個(gè)人第一名還會(huì)有一個(gè)證章，所以這是獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)會(huì)非常多。

6年級、6年以下的學(xué)生達(dá)到一定水平，也會(huì)有鼓勵(lì)證書，這個(gè)其實(shí)就是為了鼓勵(lì)4、5年級甚至6年級的學(xué)生去參與到這個(gè)比賽當(dāng)中。
